What information he has on families choosing to discontinue the domiciliary care of an elderly or disabled member because of an inability to meet the financial contribution required as a result of the test of financial resources necessary for the provision of a mandatory or discretionary disabled facilities grant. - None (Holding answer 22 October 1990)
