- If he will publish a list giving the amount of holdback each local education authority is making in the context of local management of schools, with an indication showing the political control of each such authority; if he will give details of the action he is taking to reduce the amount of holdback; and if he will further set out in the list the amount that would be available for schools if the authority was at the average level of holdback. - Inc table.
