Venezuela: Politics and Government

- To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what assessment he has made of the implications for the Government's policy of the outcome of the recent referendum in Venezuela; and if he will make a statement.

The UK and Venezuela will continue to have a constructive bi-lateral relationship based on shared interests and objectives in areas such as trade, counter-narcotics, energy and consular assistance.
