Question
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if she will prevent the Hezbollah spokesperson Ibrahim Moussawi from entering the United Kingdom.
Answer

[holding answer 13 March 2009]: Mr. Moussawi was refused a visa on the grounds that his presence in the UK would not be conducive to the public good, in particular because it would increase tension between the Jewish and Muslim communities.
