Energy: Nuclear Power Stations

Question
To ask Her Majesty's Government what is their estimate of the earliest date by which it is likely that a new nuclear power station will have been built in the United Kingdom.
Answer

We are making progress on our facilitative actions with the estimate of having new nuclear power stations generating electricity from around 2018.
