Dogs
- Question
- To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs what guidance his Department has issued to police and local authorities on the law on dangerous dogs in the last 12 months; and if he will make a statement.
- Answer

We have not issued guidance to enforcers on the law on dangerous dogs since the 2003 guidance was issued. We are planning to release updated guidance shortly.
