Latchmere House Prison

- To ask the Secretary of State for Justice what recent assessment he has made of the (a) need for and (b) timing of the installation of in-cell electricity in the residential blocks of HM Prison Latchmere House.
- Answer

In-cell electricity is being developed and work is programmed to begin on site in February 2010 and be completed around September 2010. Work to replace alarms will be included in the project.
