Prisons: In-cell Electricity

- To ask Her Majesty's Government when they propose to install in-cell electricity in HM Prison Latchmere House.

The design for the in-cell electricity is being developed and work is programmed to commence on site in February 2010 and be completed around September 2010. Work to replace alarms will be included in the project.
