Speed Limits

- To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what estimate he has made of the likely effect on the number of road deaths and injuries of raising the speed limit for light goods vehicles on single carriageway A roads by 10 miles per hour.

No such estimate has been made. We have no plans to raise the national speed limits for light goods vehicles.
