Police: Essex

Question
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what discussions representatives of her Department have had with representatives of Essex Police Authority since December 2008 on the release of information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000; and if she will make a statement.
Answer

There have been no conversations between Home Office Ministers or officials and Essex police authority on the release of information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 since December 2008.
