Probation Boards: Pay

- To ask the Secretary of State for Justice (1) what average percentage of probation board and trust expenditure was incurred on salaries paid in respect of management positions higher than Band 4 on the national job evaluation scheme in (a) England and (b) Wales in 2008-09;
