Bourbon Dolphin

- To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what assessment he has made of the report of the capsize of the tug, Bourbon Dolphin.

The Bourbon Dolphin was a Norwegian anchor-handling vessel operating outside UK territorial waters. Consequently, no investigation of the incident was undertaken by the United Kingdom. However, I understand that a report has been produced by the Norwegian authorities.
