- If he will state: (a) the total amount of funding made available under the Academic New Blood Scheme and the total amount taken up, (b) the total amount of funding made available under the New Academic Appointments scheme and the total amount taken up, (c) the numbers of men and women academics appointed under each of the two schemes and (d) the numbers of men and women appointed under each of the two schemes who are still in post. - Includes figures.
