Tree Preservation Orders: Thundersley Common

- To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government how many tree protection orders have been granted for trees on Thundersley Common in the last 10 years; and if he will make a statement.

The Department for Communities and Local Government does not hold this information, as responsibility for making and administering Tree Preservation Orders rests with the relevant local authority; which in this case Castle Point borough council.
