Prison Service: Secondment

- To ask the Secretary of State for Justice how many staff of his Department have been seconded to work on the Prison Service's in-house bid for the next round of market testing.

29 staff have now been redeployed within the National Offender Management Service (NOMS) in response to the announcement made by the Lord Chancellor on 27 April 2009.
