- What estimate he has made of the effects of the reported delays in the completion of the secondary safety computer system for the Sizewell B pressurised water reactor nuclear power station on: (a) the non-fossil fuel obligation and (b) the external financing limit of Nuclear Electric; & what discussions he has had with chairman of Nuclear Electric & what information he has received from nuclear installations inspectorate about these delays.
