- To ask the Minister of State, Department for Transport which draft national policy statements under the Planning Act 2008 for which his Department is responsible he expects to publish before March 2010.

I expect to have published draft national policy statements covering ports and national networks (covering strategic roads, railways and rail freight) by March 2010.
