Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what the most recent published and electronic information which lists those powers which have been transferred to the National Assembly for Wales.

Answer: Schedule 5 to the Government of Wales Act 2006 lists those powers which have been transferred to the National Assembly for Wales.
