- What resources he has made available to local authorities in Wales to enable them to tackle breaches of the law by large commercial organisations. Various questions on local authorities & Sunday trading legislation: additional resources to tackle breaches by major retail organisations; guidance on responsibilities regarding enforcement & impact of large stores & multiple outlet retail firms opening on Sundays in December. - Inc figures.
