Government of Wales Act 2006

- To ask Her Majesty's Government how many legislative competence orders and Acts of Parliament containing powers for the National Assembly for Wales to make Assembly Measures under the Government of Wales Act 2006 have been passed.

Following the Government of Wales Act 2006, four legislative competence orders have been made and Parliament has approved two further orders by resolution, both of which will be submitted to the next Privy Council meeting on 17 November 2009. Seven Acts of Parliament have included framework powers devolving powers to the National Assembly for Wales.
