Heritage Maintenance Funds

- To ask Her Majesty's Government what is their most recent estimate of the total value of assets currently held in heritage maintenance funds approved by HM Treasury; and on what date that estimate was made.

A total of 135 heritage maintenance funds have been approved to date. Information about the value of assets is not updated after a maintenance fund is approved. Details of the number of heritage maintenance funds approved at the specified dates could only be obtained at disproportionate cost. HMRC's systems do not capture the date of approval, and the documentation relating to funds is extensive.
