Question
To ask the Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families what proportion of 16-year-olds did not achieve five GCSEs at grades A* to C in (a) England, (b) the North East and (c) Middlesbrough South and East Cleveland constituency in the latest period for which figures are available.

The following table gives the percentage of pupils, in their last year of compulsory education who did not gain five or more A*-C at GCSE and equivalent.
