Fixed Penalties

- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what guidance his Department has issued to police forces on the publication of information on the number of fixed penalty notices issued in respect of offences committed upon a particular part of the highway; and if he will make a statement.

Decisions on the release of any information held by the police is a matter for individual chief officers of police.
