Venezuela: Nuclear Weapons

- To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will hold discussions with his Venezuelan counterpart on the nuclear weapons capability of that country.

Venezuela has no nuclear weapon capability. My right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary has no plans to speak to his Venezuelan counterpart on this matter.
