Tenants Rights

Question
To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government what recent steps he has taken to protect the rights of tenants; and if he will make a statement.
Answer

The Government's response to Julie Rugg's independent review of the private rented sector set out a range of proposals aimed at improving the quality and professionalism of the sector for tenants.
