Prescriptions: Fees and Charges

Question
To ask the Secretary of State for Health pursuant to the answer of 30 November 2009, Official Report, column 547W, on prescriptions: fees and charges, how many patients have identified cancer and another condition on their FP92A application form since 1 April 2009; and how many such patients identified each other condition.
