Question
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice which penalty notices for disorder are recorded on the Police National Computer.
Answer

I have been asked to reply.All penalty notices for disorder issued for 'recordable offences' are recorded on the Police National Computer. The list of 'recordable offences' is defined by the National Police Records (Recordable Offences) Regulations.
