- To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office what estimate has been made of the (a) number and (b) proportion of additional households being formed in each of the next 20 years which will be attributable to net migration.

I have been asked to reply.The latest national household projections, based on the 2006 Sub-National Population Projections published by the ONS, are published on the Communities and Local Government website. Estimates are presented for the average annual change in household numbers under variant net migration projections.
