Family Law

Question
To ask the Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families what the outcome was of the time recording exercise undertaken in 2004 on the time being spent on public and private family law cases.
Answer

This is an operational matter for CAFCASS. I have asked the chief executive of CAFCASS, Anthony Douglas, to respond by letter to the hon. Member. A copy of the letter will be placed in the House Libraries.
