- To ask the Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families what proportion of pupils in each local authority area achieved (a) five GCSEs or equivalent at grades A* to C and (b) five GCSEs or equivalent including English and mathematics at grades A* to C in each year since 1997; and if he will make a statement.
