- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many fake British passports have been recovered (a) in the UK and (b) overseas in each year since 2005.

The number of counterfeit, or 'fake' UK passports identified in the UK and recorded by UK Border Agency since 2005 is as follows. The figures for 2009 are not currently available.
