Question
(2) how many indeterminate sentences for public protection have been handed down for each type of offence in each month since December 2008.
Answer

The information requested is currently being collated by officials in the National Offender Management Service. I will write to the hon. Member once this work is complete and place a copy of the letter in the Library.
