- To ask the Secretary of State for Health what estimate he has made of the likely number of excess deaths resulting from the current cold weather; and whether he has estimated the number of excess deaths attributable to non-delivery of heating fuels because of climatic conditions.

I refer the hon. Member to the written answer I gave him on 28 January 2010, Official Report, column 1084W.With current data sources, it is not possible to estimate the number of excess deaths attributable to non-delivery of heating fuels because of climatic conditions.
