- To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs when he (a) last visited and (b) next plans to visit Sudan.

My right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary last visited Sudan on 8-9 July 2008. The most recent visit by a Foreign and Commonwealth Office Minister was by my noble Friend Baroness Kinnock on 10-13 January this year. For security and operational reasons, we do not announce visits by the Foreign Secretary significantly in advance.
