Ports: Business Rates

- To ask Her Majesty's Government which Members of Parliament have made representations to them about the backdating of business rates on port-side operators since September 2009.

The Department for Communities and Local Government has received correspondence from six MPs, concerning the issues arising from the rating review of ports, since 1 September 2009.
