- To ask the Secretary of State for Wales (1) when he plans to reply to the First Minister's letter to him on a referendum on National Assembly for Wales powers; and if he will publish his response;

I received the First Minister's notification of a resolution under section 104 of the Government of Wales Act 2006 on 17 February 2010 and I responded on 22 February 2010.I have placed both letters in the Library of the House.
