Anti-terrorism Control Orders

Question
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department pursuant to the answer of 10 February 2010, Official Report, column 1054W, on control orders, if he will hold discussions with law reporters on arrangements for reports of control order judgments and interim orders; and if he will make a statement.
Answer

[holding answer 25 February 2010]: My officials will hold discussions with the Ministry of Justice to explore the issues in relation to the reporting of closed judgments and interim orders.
