- To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how much his Department spent on office refurbishments in each of the last 10 years.

The amount spent on office refurbishment is not separately costed or invoiced and could be answered only at disproportionate cost.Expenditure on all maintenance and minor works for each financial year since 1999-2000 is shown in the following table. These figures include the cost of refurbishments, fit out of new accommodation, reactive and planned maintenance, health and safety works, repairs to mechanical and electrical systems, and associated professional fees.
