- To ask the Minister of State, Department for Transport if he will make it his policy not to take any definitive decisions pursuant to the public inquiry into the compulsory purchase orders necessary to allow the Bexhill to Hastings link road to proceed before the forthcoming general election.

The inspector's report for the Bexhill to Hastings link road orders was received on 12 March 2010 and is being considered. A decision as to whether or not to confirm the orders will be made in due course.
