Lord Chancellor: Pensions

Question
To ask the Prime Minister what pension former Lord Chancellors receive (a) under the Lord Chancellor's Pension Act 1832, (b) the Ministerial and Other Pensions and Salaries Act 1991 and (c) other legislation as a consequence of holding the office of Lord Chancellor; and if he will make a statement.
