Armed Forces: Reserve Forces

- To ask Her Majesty's Government how many members of Her Majesty's Reserve Forces have been called out for service in the past five years.

The reserve forces continue to play a vital role in support of the regular Armed Forces, not least in operations in Afghanistan. Since January 2005, over 11,500 members of the volunteer and regular Reserve Forces have been called out for service on operations around the world.
