Thailand: Prisoners

- To ask Her Majesty's Government whether they will seek to amend the prisoner transfer agreement with Thailand to take into account changes in sentencing practices in the United Kingdom and Thailand since the agreement was signed.

Officials are considering whether amendments to the prisoner transfer agreement between the United Kingdom and Thailand might be appropriate. A decision on whether to seek any amendments has not yet been made by Ministers.
