Northern Ireland Public Prosecution Service

- To ask Her Majesty's Government why the Northern Ireland Public Prosecution Service is advertising for temporary prosecuting staff; and whether they propose to increase the number of permanent prosecuting staff.

These are operational matters for the Acting Director of Public Prosecutions. I have asked him to reply directly to the noble Lord and will arrange for copies of the letters to be placed in the Library of the House.
