- To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what assessment his Department has made of the effectiveness of the Optic Research and Incubation Centre at St. Asaph Business Park in the last seven years.

I have been asked to reply.The Department for Innovation and Skills, has made no assessment of the effectiveness of the Optic Technium at St. Asaph, which we believe is owned by the Welsh Assembly Government and funded by European Objective 1.
