To ask Her Majesty’s Government whether they will consider terminating the grant to Independent Networks Co-operative Association Ltd issued by the Director of Communications, Content Industries Directorate, at the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills on 17 December 2009 for possible violation of terms in subsections (ii) to (iv) of Section 12.
Answer

No. All payments made to Independent Networks Co-operative Association Ltd by the department have been properly made in accordance with the terms of the grant offer letter.
