To ask Her Majesty’s Government whether they will consider terminating and recovering all funds paid which were the subject of the grant offer issued on 17 December 2009 to Independent Networks Co-operative Association (INCA) by the Director of Communications, Content Industries Directorate, at the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills addressed to Mr Malcom Corbett, Chief Executive, Independent Networks Co-operative Association, although he was acting chief executive officer until the first meeting of the INCA Ltd interim board on 20 January 2010.
