Digital Switchover Fund

- To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Olympics, Media and Sport what the projected total underspend is in the Digital Switchover Fund.

The BBC licence fee settlement ring-fenced £600 million for the Digital Switchover Help Scheme. We now estimate that the Help Scheme will underspend by £300 million.
