To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs with reference to her Department's letter, ref mc178586, dated 19 April 2010, what progress has been made on discussions with the Scottish Executive on matters relating to the transfer of the solum of the roadway to Site 6 at Almondbank.
