In 2009-10 nationally, magistrates courts sat an average of 64% of the possible time available based on a five hour day five days a week.The utilisation rates in 2009-10 in Surrey are as follows:"Guildford—62.3%""Redhill—80.1%""Staines—74.6%""Woking—75%"Her Majesty's Courts Service only retains utilisation figures for the past three years. At Woking magistrates court these were:"2009-10—75.1%""2008-09—78.4%""2007-08—69.8%"
