Agency Workers Regulations 2010 (SI2010/93)

- To ask Her Majesty’s Government what consultation procedures they are following prior to publishing guidance notes on the Agency Workers Regulations 2010 (SI 2010/93).

Guidance will be provided on all aspects of the Agency Workers Regulations prior to the implementation date of October 2011. Proposals for developing this guidance will be announced in due course.
